Frequently Asked Questions
It will take approximately 2 - 3 weeks to complete your website or funnel providing we have all the necessary information from you.
You need to supply your brand visuals, any images to use, website copy, domain details, examples of websites you like. You will receive a full checklist before we start.
For amounts under $500, payment is required in full upfront. For amounts exceeding $500, a 50% deposit is due at the time of invoicing, with the remaining balance payable 30 days after the initial payment.
No. From past experience we have found that projects can take a lot longer than expected to complete. We might be waiting for information from you and this can delay the process. Sometimes these delays can take months. This is why we always invoice 30 days after the original payment. By this time your design will be completed as far as possible with all the info we received and you will be able to see the progress.
I mainly design in Systeme.io but if you have a specific platform you would prefer, reach out to me so we can discuss it further.
If you don't have a domain already, you will need to buy one. In order to send automated emails you will also need a domain email. The free plan on Systeme is sufficient for 1 website (multiple pages) and 1 sales funnel. If you would like to add more sales funnels, you will need to upgrade.
